  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Sales leadership and ability to inspire teams toward aggressive targets.

  • Excellent negotiation and high-value closing skills.
  • Strategic thinking and long-term execution ability.
