Key Responsibilities
- Follow up on leads generated through company marketing and sales channels.
- Engage prospective customers through calls, messages, and emails.
- Effectively communicate the company’s products and services to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into buying customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and customers.
- Support customer retention efforts by ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs, objections, and market trends.
Requirements & Skills
- 0-3 years working experience.
- Knowledge of sales, customer service, or marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and meet targets.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement and manage time effectively.
